General shipping information

General;

Shipping prices based on standard shipping with DHL Parcel, DHL Express and FEDEX and includes Track & Trace. VAT on shipping charges is included if applicable for European Union destinations. Shipping costs are live rates, imported directly from forwarders database and are based on weight and postcode. Shipping cost are charged at actual cost. No markup is applied.

The shipping cost are charged as follows;

Netherlands;
€ 5 up to 10kg. Free of charge for order above €250,- (less than 10kg). Above 10kg based on quotation.

European Union;
At cost, depending on weight and country. Check shipping cost in your cart page. Shipping times DHL Parcel usually about one (1) week.

Shipping to UK; 

Shipping options to the UK have changed dramatically after Brexit. Eastboud is a small companies with no other options than to ship with Express Couriers like DHL Express or FEDEX, because they provide Customs and Tax services.

Regular parcel companies like DPD, GLS or DHL Parcel don’t offer these services which would require a UK VAT registration for Tax settlement. This is too much of a burden and therefore only shipping with DHL Express or FedEx are offered. Please be aware that on top of the shipping cost, additional import duties (+/- 3%), UK Vat (20%) and a handling fee of approx. €15 to €20 will be charged. Overseas Delivery, America’s, Asia, Australia, Southern Africa and living in a Remote Area; 

Rates are based on Country and Postal Code. You can check shipping cost on your Cart page by filling in country of destination and postal code. In some countries DHL Express and FEDEX charge an extra fee (€20) for remote area’s (Australia, Japan, Canada and a few more) It may be much more economic for you to use an alternative shipping address in a metropolitan area where you can pick up your package at your convenience.   

Shipping time DHL Express;
Will be stated in your Cart page when country and postal code has been filled in.

Shipping time FEDEX;
Usually from a few days up to one week, depending on location and remoteness.

Delivery times are based on main destinations and excluding possible delays due to customs clearance.

Duties and Taxes for shipping destinations outside European Union:

Local tolls, taxes, duties and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments. The forwarder will also charge a handling fee for customs clearance. These cost are for the account of the Customer.
