It includes all the supplies you need and an instruction manual if you’re unfamiliar with first aid. This kit complies with DIN 13167, the standard for motorcycle first aid kits. (In many European and some non-European countries, you are legally required to carry a kit that complies with the DIN 13167 standard.)
